Post Street Potholes Strike Again

A local business owner hit a pothole on Post Street last week, damaging two rims in what he says is the second incident this year. Raymond Lear III says the stretch between Central and Monroe has been neglected for years, and the city denied his reimbursement claim because the pothole hadn't been officially reported.
